- Cuisine American Heritage Cooking featuring authentic Memphis style barbeque. The BarBersQ menu follows seasonal direction, embracing and fostering our close relationships with Napa and Sonoma Valley purveyors, farms, gardens, dairies and wineries; ‘the people and places of the Napa Valley’. Our menu offers the casual diner organic and sustainable local products; grass-fed beef, free range poultry raised on vegetarian diets, food free of antibiotics and hormones. We use local vegetables, fruit and herbs which are fresh from the garden to your table at BarBersQ, often the same day from our own Napa gardens.

- Wine and Beverage The Wine list is collaboration between friends - Master Sommelier, Emmanuel Kemiji and Gene Tartaglia. Inspired by the wealth of California wines and utilizing relationships built over decades, the wine list at BarBersQ is a unique representation of the best the Napa and Sonoma Valleys have to offer. Wines from the Santa Lucia Highlands, Anderson Valley are also featured along with new and small production wines which represent the work of many of the brightest new talents in California. A focused selection of late harvest wines, local beers and old fashioned and new world bottled sodas round out the beverage selection.
- Design and Ambiance Classic elements of design create a modern and casual environment designed by Stephen Brady. The restaurant’s design features an engaging mix of custom warm oak, classic Italian marble, beveled mirrors, stainless steel and a gallery of museum quality black and white photography taken by John Kuss of Jacksonville, Florida. The weeklong photo shoot titled, ‘the people and places of the Napa Valley’ features our friends, neighbors, ranches, wineries and the bounty which make the Napa Valley a premier destination for people all over the world. Of 1500 photographs taken, we feature 28! The sophistication of the room is tempered by the warm lighting and casual yet professional service. Candlelight sets the mood at night for a relaxing evening with the energizing sounds of our R&B mix, delivered on a quality system with acoustics which allow conversations.
